DCEO’s economic development outcomes depend upon the success of statewide, regional, and local partners in delivering many of the program services or administering various projects or initiatives.  Approximately 95% of DCEO’s budget is spent on grant programs.   The Office of Accountability is committed to upholding a standard of excellence for accountability throughout the DCEO grant-management and monitoring process to assist in the success of our partners.
